THE SHOWREEL
SOLUTIONS PROCESS

STEP ONE
Choose your showreel package and complete the booking form. I will then email you with details on how to pay the 25% deposit and, once received, your booking will be confirmed. We will organise a date for your initial Zoom consultation with yourself and any other people you may have booked with.

STEP TWO
We will "meet" for your initial 30 minute Zoom consultation where we can discuss exactly what you would like to get out of your showreel package. I want to hear all about you! This is where you get to tell me what kind of character(s) you'd like to play and what genre(s) you would like to showcase. We will also have a chat about timings and locations - I am based in Worcester, West Midlands, so I know a lot of great locations around my area; however, if you would like me to travel to you then we can absolutely make that work. (Please note that locations outside of Worcester will incur an extra charge of 45p per mile). If you already have a great location in mind, please do let me know!

STEP THREE
Following our consultation, I will then burrow down with my laptop and begin writing your bespoke showreel scene(s). I will always endeavour to deliver the first draft to you within one week of the consultation date. If for whatever reason there is a delay on this, then I will be sure to keep you updated with what is going on at my end. Rest assured you will never be left out of the loop.

STEP FOUR
You will receive the first draft of your script(s). If you would like any changes making, I will always be more than happy to edit and send you a second draft. Getting this right for you is top priority for me!

STEP FIVE
Prior to the scheduled shoot date, we will organise another 30 minute Zoom call for you to have a readthrough of the script(s) with your fellow actor(s). There will be a bit of time on the shoot day to do some rehearsal but I find that having this step allows us to identify any potential issues early on and, more importantly, allows you to try your character(s) on without the pressure of a film camera!

STEP SIX
This is the most fun bit - the shoot day! Depending on how many scenes we are planning to film, the start time of our day may vary. For example, if you are booking a Silver or Gold package with multiple scenes, we will likely need to start earlier than if we were filming one scene on the Bronze package. All of this will be organised in good time prior to the shoot date so you will know exactly what the plan is. The only thing that you will really need to focus on for this day is yourself - I will do all the hard parts, leaving you free to do what you do best and deliver your finest Oscar-worthy performance! I always endeavour to create a relaxed, informal atmosphere on set so we should have buckets of fun as well as great end results.

STEP SEVEN
Once we have wrapped, I will then begin work on post-production of your scene(s). This involves me editing the footage, putting it together in a way that makes sense, tweaking the audio so you can be clearly heard, and ensuring that the visuals are cinematic, eye-catching, and crisp to showcase you at your very best. If you require a quick turnaround for your footage, please let me know and I will ensure you receive it by your stated deadline. (This will incur an additional "rush fee" which is quoted on an individual basis depending on the timeline).
As standard, your final scene(s) will be delivered to you within four weeks of the shoot date - it's time to break out the popcorn!
