1. All bookings are subject to a 25% deposit. Your booking is not secure until this has been paid.

2. If you select the Student & Recent Graduate Discount, you must provide evidence of your eligibility to showreelsolutions@gmail.com

​

3. Your total booking cost must be paid in full by 24 hours before your scheduled shoot date. Failure to do so will result in your agreed session date being lost. Your booking will still exist but you will have to reschedule your session for a later date. This will incur an admin fee of £100.

​

4. If you or your party member(s) are unable to go ahead with the agreed shoot date, you may request to reschedule your booking. You must make this request with at least one weeks' notice. Any request made outside of this period will incur an admin fee of £100.

5. Showreel Solutions reserves the right to reschedule your booking, but will never do this without good reason and will always inform you with at least one weeks' notice of your original date.

6. Shooting locations outside of Worcester will incur an additional charge of 45p per mile to cover petrol costs and vehicle upkeep. Bookings made for Silver or Gold packages, where the "rush hour" drive time is two hours or more, may require the Client to also cover one night of basic overnight accommodation for Showreel Solutions and any hired actors, within reason, for example if the 2 or 3 scene shoot would not be feasible to complete between the outward and return journey. Showreel Solutions will not source filming locations where the Client has opted to film outside of Worcester, unless pre-agreed at consultation.

7. Showreel scenes will be delivered within four weeks of the shoot date. A quicker turnaround can be requested but will incur an additional charge for a "rush fee". This will be quoted on an individual basis.

8. All payments are non-refundable.

9. Where a Client is under legal age, a parent or guardian over the age of 18 must be present at all times.

​​

10. The Client agrees to respect the confidentiality of all scripts sent to them by Showreel Solutions and acknowledges that unauthorised sharing of these documents is strictly prohibited.

11. Both Showreel Solutions and the Client(s) agree to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. 

​​

12. Unless pre-agreed prior to the shoot date, the Client agrees to supply any necessary costume and props for the shoot. Showreel Solutions may be able to supply specific costume and props at the Client’s request. The Client agrees to make any request at least two weeks prior to the agreed shoot date.

13. The Client agrees to take care of any costumes or props supplied to them and will return them in the same state as they were supplied in. Any damage outside of expected wear and tear may see the Client(s) liable for the cost of repairs or replacement.

14. Showreel Solutions retains copyright in the final footage and hereby grants the Client(s) unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the footage for showreels, portfolios, and personal use, as long as Showreel Solutions is credited.

15. The Client(s) agrees that Showreel Solutions may also use the footage for promotional and marketing purposes, including (but not limited to) social media and website material.
